Size Issue and Exchanges

Every jacket we craft is hand-made and tailored to order. We strongly advise referencing our size chart before selecting. Should you require further sizing information, we're readily available on our listed communication channels to assist with any details. Please note, international exchanges are challenging. But with our global delivery expertise and a track record of over 6,000 satisfied customers worldwide, we're confident in ensuring a perfect fit for you. We do not allow exchange of a specific hand painted jacket for any other design or other items in the site.

Damaged Items

While we strive for perfection, occasional human errors may occur. Should you receive a damaged or defective jacket, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
