Imroz House Cancellation Policy

At Imroz House, we aim to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Please review our cancellation policy below:

1. Order Cancellations: 
   - You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, orders may have already begun processing and cannot be canceled.
   - To request a cancellation, please contact us at imrozhouse@gmail.com or info@imrozhouse.com with your order details.

2. Post-Dispatch Cancellations:
   Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations will no longer be possible. However, you may refer to our return policy for assistance.

3. Refund for Canceled Orders:
   If your cancellation request is approved within the eligible time frame, we will process a full refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Imroz House Refund Policy

At Imroz House, we do  offer refunds. Please review our policy below:

1.  Refunds:  
   we offer return initiation within 2 days

2. Exchange Policy:
   - We offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.  
   - Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags intact.
   - To request an exchange, please contact us at imrozhouse@gmail.com or info@imrozhouse.com with your order details and reason for the exchange.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items:  
   Items on sale, customized products, and accessories are not eligible for exchange.

4. Exchange Process: 
   Once your exchange request is approved, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us. We will dispatch the replacement product once we receive the returned item. Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
